Quality control of parboiled milled rice by dynamic image analysis

In this application note, the BeVision D2 dynamic image analysis (DIA) analyzer was used to measure the particle size distribution of parboiled milled rice. Compared with microscopic methods, DIA can analyze many particles in the same length of time, by using a moving sample particle flow strengthening the efficiency and reliability of test results.
