Quality Assurance by NMR in Compound Management
27 Apr 2014It has been shown that the quality of small molecule screening depositories, as used in pharmaceutical companies today often is very poor and efforts have been made to improve their quality. This article presents new approaches to use NMR to address three major issues of purity control, identity control, and concentration determination.

NMR and EPR SpectroscopyNuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is used to resolve the local chemical environment of atomic nuclei with spin, revealing information on molecular structure, dynamic processes and chemical reactions of organic molecules, from proteins to synthetics.
