Preparation of 384-well qPCR Plates using the ACSIA PCR Edition, a PrimaDiag Automated Pipetting Platform

3 Jul 2016

This application note describes the validation, reliability and the reproducibility of a qPCR plate’s preparation by measuring the results of the subsequent qPCR analysis. Sample preparation was performed using an automated pipetting platform, the ACSIA PCR Edition. The results demonstrate the advantages over using a manual pipetting method, especially as all protocols can be easily programmed with the help of the PrimaController®II software.
