Plate-Based Drug and Toxin Screening Using Multiplexed Flow Cytometry on a Benchtop Platform
20 Feb 2015This study demonstrates the power of the guava easyCyte™ 12 system and InCyte™ software to provide enriched data during drug screening processes. Using just two main assays, plate-based screening was performed for a number of cytotoxic compounds and key ‘hits’ were identified.
