29 Sept 2010This application note demonstrates the ability of the PhosphoQuest™ assay for providing the ability to detect phophorylation of specific proteins from cell lysates. Linear increase in signal is observed over 2 orders of magnitude within a concentration range between 0 and 10 ng/mL AKT1.
