Carbon nanotubes are an emerging material that has had increasing industrial application in material reinforcement and great future potential in electronics, energy storage and conversion, and medicine. This application note demonstrates successful use of the DelsaMax PRO (Beckman Coulter) to measure the size and stability of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs)/double-walled carbon nanotubes (DWCNTs) in aqueous solutions as a function of temperature.
