Optimization of SPRi Experimental Conditions Using the SPRi-Arrayer
17 Feb 2015This technical note shows how taking advantage of the multiplexing capabilities of SPR imaging combined to the flexibility of the SPRi-Arrayer can speed-up the optimization steps necessary prior to any kinetics analysis. An example is shown using a DNA aptamer – human Immunoglobulin E protein (hIgE) interaction model.
