MycoAlert® Mycoplasma Detection Assay Using the Orion II Microplate Luminometer
2 Feb 2015The Lonza MycoAlert® assay is a selective biochemical test that exploits the activity of certain mycoplasmal enzymes. This application note demonstrates the successful completion of the assay using the Orion II microplate luminometer. The instrument showed excellent sensitivity and linearity in the detection of mycoplasma.
