31 Oct 2011The LUMIstar Omega plate reader from BMG LABTECH combined with HUVEC calcium biosensor - provided in a ready-to-use frozen state, can generate pharmacologically relevant data on ligands of cell surface receptors. This application highlighted here demonstrates four different classes of G-protein coupled receptors in dose-dependent manners for two plate formats.
