9 Jan 2018In this application note, Unchained labs describes the UNcle; an eleven-in-one platform for assessing protein stability using fluorescence, static light scattering, and dynamic light scattering detection methods. This enables multiple measurements to be taken in tandem by one machine, including thermal melting and aggregation, sizing and polydispersity, isothermal stability, and viscosity.
