Measurements of Protein Refolding Using the UNit

The stability of proteins at high temperatures is of significance to many industries. In the following application note, Unchained Labs discusses the nature of protein re-folding when cooled, and approaches to characterizing such behavior. Heating and cooling profiles were generated using UNit software and structural changes assessed using both fluorescence and static light scattering data generated by the UNit.
