MagicPrep NGS automated library preparation for sequencing on the Element AVITI system

Routine manual preparation of genomic libraries is a process that takes up to ~5 to ~7.5 hours of personnel time. In this poster, learn more about MagicPrep^™ NGS, a hands-free, walkaway solution for saving time by automating the preparation of both DNA and RNA libraries. The generated libraries are readily sequenced on Illumina^® platforms. However, these libraries can be directly converted, without amplification, to Element AVITI^™-ready samples via the Adept^™ Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 with no reduction in library quality.
