Live-Cell Biosensor Assay Used To Interrogate GPCRs: Comparative Analysis of Biosensor Variants
24 Jan 2013Functional, cell-based assays are essential to identify modulators of GPCRs, including those that signal via increases or decreases in cAMP. In this scientific poster from BioTek it is shown that the GloSensor cAMP Assay from Promega can be performed using simple, inexpensive automated methods. Data is presented comparing structural variants of a GPCR biosensor using automated methods read on an HTS microplate reader using the high-performance bottom reading capabilities in luminescence mode.
