LC/MS Study of Casein Proteins in Milk
12 Dec 2014This application note presents a method developed for extracting and measuring the masses of proteins in milk by using liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-TOF MS). This method was used to look at the patterns and masses of the casein proteins in cow milk.
