JULABO FP50-HL Cooling a 10 Liter Reactor from +20°C to -20 °C

15 Apr 2015

This case study tests the cooling power of JULABO FP50-HL with a 10 liters glass reactor. TheFP50-HL is connected to the reactor via two 2 m metal tubes. The FP50-HL is programmed to cool down from +20 °C to -20 °C.

Refrigerators Freezers and CryogenicsRefrigerators, Freezers & Cryogenics can be used for preservation or experimental purposes. Types of freezers include deep freeze, -80C°C, ultra-low temperature, explosion proof, cryogenic and controlled rate freezers. Freezing is also used in freeze-drying equipment for dehydration processes. Feature to consider in freezers include temperature control and recorders, failure alarms and self-closing mechanisms.Temperature ControlTemperature controlled processes are experiments carried out using ovens, furnaces, incubators, hotplates, refrigeration and freezers.
