Incucyte Live- Cell Immunocytochemistry
16 May 2018This application note describes a solution for measuring immunocytochemistry in live-cells expressing a surface antigen of interest. The method utilizes the IncuCyte® FabFluor-488 Antibody Labeling Reagent in combination with IncuCyte® OptiGreen Background Suppressor and the IncuCyte® live-cell analysis system for image-based fluorescent measurement enabling live-cell immunocytochemistry.
