In-vivo anti-tumor activity of locoregional ²¹¹At-trastuzumab in the treatment of peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer in mice
6 May 2025Discover how the Fusion FX7 imaging system was used to monitor the antitumor effects of astatine-211-labeled trastuzumab in a preclinical model of HER2-positive peritoneal gastric cancer. This study shows that the radiolabeled antibody significantly reduced tumor burden and improved survival in mice, highlighting the potential of alpha-particle radioimmunotherapy for targeted cancer treatment.
