Improving Sensitivity and Throughput in LC/MS/MS while Reducing Solvent Costs Using the ekspert™ microLC 200 System
21 Mar 2012In this note several different LC/MS studies are performed to evaluate the concept that reducing the LC flow rate can result in an increase in sampling efficiency. The system was used with small diameter micro flow LC columns, combined with new smaller ID hybrid electrodes. Quantitative analyses were run to assess peak height and sensitivity.
