Improving cell line development efficiency with AbZelect
22 Jan 2024In this application note, Abzena introduces its AbZelect™ and AbZelectPRO™ platforms, designed to optimize three key areas (the vector, host cell line and process) in cell line development for enhanced efficiency. The 2G UNic™ technology, with a unique double promoter, can drive higher transcription levels and enhance messenger RNA stability, resulting in increased protein production per gene copy, leading to a potential 50–200% increase in productivity on the AbZelectPRO platform. The platforms simplify the Investigational New Drug (IND) application process, adhere to ICH guidelines, and provide comprehensive reports for IND filing.
