Immuno-monitoring using the Scepter <sup>TM</sup> 2.0 Cell Counter and Software Pro
15 Jun 2011This application note introduces three examples of experiments to demonstrate the rapid, qualitative assessment of individual cell population frequencies in complex cell mixtures, using an automated, handheld device from Millipore – The ScepterTM 2.0. Ideal for use in tandem with other procedures in cell bases analysis, the instrument uses a combination of analog and digital hardware for sensing, signal processing, data storage, and graphical display.
