Image Standardization Outperforms Adobe® Photoshop® to Reveal Detail in Images
6 Jul 2015In this case study, ChromaCal and Photoshop were compared on the ability to separate detail in digital microscope images. Image standardization is an important process in digital imaging for the accurate analysis of imaged samples. Parameters measured in this study include separation of detail, speed at which adjustments were carried out and the overall ease at which the standardization was achieved.
