Illumina® DNA Prep with Exome 2.5 Enrichment on the Revvity Sciclone™ NGSx and iQ workstations
23 Apr 2025The Illumina® DNA Prep with Exome 2.5 Enrichment kit works with high-quality, double-stranded human genomic DNA (gDNA) inputs ranging from 10 to 1000 ng (optimally 50 ng or more), as well as fresh whole blood and saliva samples. When automated on Revvity’s Sciclone™ NGSx and iQ workstations, the Illumina® DNA Prep protocol significantly reduces manual steps and increases walkaway time.
