ICP Atomic Emission Spectroscopy: Waste Water and Soil Samples

This Application Note examines the elemental analysis of five different wastewater and soil samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) on the ULTIMA 2. Samples include; distilled water, wastewater after treatment in wastewater plant (exit), wastewater before treatment in the waste plant, industrial wastewater, and dried soil from agriculture waste, digested with HNO3 and HClO4 Samples 1-4 contained dilute HNO3.
