HoloMonitor M4FL product brochure

1 Aug 2023

In this product brochure, Phase Holographic Informatics presents the HoloMonitor® M4FL, a system for cell death, co-culture, uptake assay, reporter gene expression, and transfection efficiency using fluorescence imaging. This technology offers holography with fluorescence, requiring less fluorescence capture, reducing photocytotoxicity, and providing more quantitative data. The HoloMonitor M4FL fits inside the incubator and is optimized for EGFP (FITC-Cy2) with a range of specifications.

HoloMonitor M4FL Live Cell Analysis System

Phase Holographic Imaging (PHI)

The HoloMonitor ® live cell imaging system enables long-term non-invasive analysis of cell cultures within your standard incubator. With the latest add-on fluorescence module, cell biologists benefit from minimizing light exposure and reducing photocytotoxicity when automatically obtaining accurate live-cell morphology, migration, proliferation data, and multi-well time-lapse videos down to a single-cell level in real-time.

In Vivo Imaging SystemsIn vivo imaging systems, including pre-clinical imaging systems and medical imaging systems are used to non-invasively visualize and capture images of live animals and plants. Monitor the natural processes or diseases of your subjects using small-animal pre-clinical imaging systems, including single photon positron emission tomography (SPECT), positron emission tomography (PET), computed tomography (micro-CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), X-ray radiography, ultrasound, fluorescence and bioluminescence imagers. Multimodal systems and software solutions are also available for correlative analysis of organ, tissue, cell, or molecular-level processes. Fluorescence can be detected and measured for different purposes using microplate readers, fluorescence microscopes, fluorescence scanners, and flow cytometers.Fluorescence Based AssayFluorescence based assays are widely used in life science research and high-throughput screening to measure a broad range of cellular activities.ImagingImaging techniques are essential for obtaining visual representations of samples to understand structures, processes, and function in biological, chemical, and physical research. These tools range from traditional light microscopy to advanced imaging modalities like MRI and electron microscopy, providing researchers with valuable data for diagnostics, drug discovery, and material analysis. This technique provides in-depth insight into fast and complex biological processes, by allowing dynamic imaging of living cells instead of acquiring an individual image at a single point in time.
