Histology Series Part 4 – Processing 3D Cultures for Resin Embedding and Toulidine Blue Staining

Resin embedding allows ultra thin sections of samples to be obtained with no loss of structural detail. Described in this article is a protocol for toluidine blue staining of sectioned material for light microscopy.
