A customized Labcyte Echo acoustic liquid handler ejects charged droplets directly from a 384-well assay plate into a custom transfer interface. This poster presents a biochemical labelled assay modified to run on Echo-MS at speeds of 3 samples per second, eliminating the LC separation step and allowing for real-time assay development for label-free high-throughput screening.
