High sensitivity peptide analysis using YMC-Triart C18 UHPLC and MicroLC columns

16 Feb 2024

In this application note, YMC Europe introduces the YMC-Triart C18 UHPLC and MicroLC columns for proteomics analysis. The note emphasizes the necessity of highly sensitive methods in proteomics and native peptidomics analysis due to the wide range of concentrations at which peptides are present in biological samples. The note demonstrates the sensitivity improvement achieved by using UHPLC columns with different internal diameters and a micro-LC approach.

MicroLC and NanoLC Columns

YMC Europe

Capillary columns available with every fully porous RP/NP/HILIC phase from YMC for high sensitivity analyses. Compatible with nearly all Nano-/MicroLC/MS systems due to two different connection sizes (1/16" and 1/32").
