Heart dissociation in mice using Precellys Multi-Tissue Dissociation Kit
6 Feb 2025Obtaining viable single cells from fresh tissue is essential for advancing research in cell therapy, personalized medicine, and disease modeling. However, the process of tissue dissociation remains a key challenge, often leading to poor cell viability and yield. Explore the results of a study obtained with the Precellys Multi-Tissue Dissociation kit for the dissociation of mice's hearts to single cells. For the study, tissue samples from mice housed under standard animal facility conditions, without any specific treatment were used.
