Graphene Nano-Ribbon Patterning with ORION NanoFab
11 Sept 2017The two-dimensional electronic properties of graphene present the potential for it to function as a conductor, a transistor, a quantum dot, a molecular switch, or other devices. A method is needed to produce un-damaged ribbons narrow enough to yield the desired band gap, within a reasonable timeframe. This White paper presents helium ion microscopy as the solution to this challenge.
