In this scientific poster, EMD Millipore explore two assays for measuring FcgRIII-antibody binding using either surface plasmon resonance or flow cytometry. These methods proved to be accurate, robust and reproducible, thus are suitable for measuring the antigen-binding activity of therapeutic antibodies.
