Factor-Based Quantification of Nucleic Acid Concentrations in the Eppendorf PlateReader AF2200 Using the Eppendorf Microplate UV-VIS

This Application Note demonstrates how the concentration of nucleic acids can be determined via the sample-specific extinction factor, using the Eppendorf PlateReader AF2200 in combination with the Eppendorf Microplate UV-VIS. This approach eliminates the need for a standard curve to be calculated when measuring sample concentrations in microplates.
