Extraction and Analysis of Lipids and Proteins from Accessory Sex Glands
12 Sept 2016This scientific poster presents a study aimed at analysing the contributions of accessory sex glands to semen by completely homogenizing their tissue, without degradation of biological molecules. Lipid and Protein extraction and analysis was performed. Precellys®24, a high-throughput tissue homogenizer was employed for separating proteins from the tissue matrix.
