Enhancement of Chemiluminescent Images
30 Jan 2015When capturing western blots with any CCD camera-based system, the detection of the signal that is produced is not typically visible without software enhancement. In this application note, learn how to enhance low light chemiluminescent images using the LabWorks software. Images can also be enhanced using UVP’s BioWest Extended Duration Chemiluminescent Substrate Kit to produce more signal from Western Blots.
