Efficient Identification of Deoxynivalenol in the Global Wheat Food Chain
17 Nov 2014In this poster, samples representing the food chain, unprocessed cracked wheat, processed natural wheat germ, and consumer wheat cereal were extracted prior to sample cleanup with automated solid phase extraction using new cartridge technology to efficiently prepare sample extracts for analysis. Deoxynivalenol contamination levels present in the global wheat food chain were analyzed using HPLC.
