The combination of DeNovix Fluorescence Quantification Kits and DeNovix Fluorometers provide an analytical package that remove the existing limits of fluorescence quantification. DeNovix Assays offer enhanced dynamic range over comparable Qubit^® Assays, giving researchers greater flexibility and avoiding the need for repeated dilutions. All assays are designed for selective quantification of dsDNA or RNA in samples that may be contaminated with biomolecules that interfere with UV-Vis quantification methods.
