Comparison of Different Methods for DNA-free RNA Isolation from SK-N-MC
15 May 2012Read this scientific paper to learn more about the comparative analysis of RNA quality obtained from SK-N-MC cells. This was performed using six commonly used RNA isolation kits including the AxyPrep Multisource Total RNA Miniprep. Significant results were observed, important for large scale gene-expression studies. AxyPrep Multisource Total RNA Miniprep Kit allows the use of mild treatments minimizing the introduction of further contaminants to the extracted RNA.
