Chemical Composition Analysis of Polyolefins by Multiple Detection GPC-IR5
3 Jul 2011In this application note micro-structural differences of polyethylene and polypropylene as well as the compositional variation in ethylene propylene are analysed by gel permeation chromatography techniques. Ethylene-propylene composition is analysed by GPC and multiwavelength infrared detection and by GPC with infrared, light scattering and viscosity detection. Molar mass distribution curves for three samples are made.
