CellPlayer™ Cell Culture Quality Control Assay
8 Jan 2015IncuCyte is an automated microscope that provides a label-free, non-invasive method of monitoring cells at regular time intervals in their native environment; inside the cell culture incubator. IncuCyte has been developed as a tool that can be used to improve the quality, predictability, and reproducibility of cell-based assays. This application note demonstrates that using IncuCyte to document and monitor routine cell culture can improve cell-based assay quality and consistency.
