Cell counting and confluence analysis with the Spark Cyto imaging cytometer
12 Aug 2020Tecan’s Spark® Cyto combines the multimode detection of a microplate reader with a sophisticated camera that enables brightfield and fluorescence-based imaging of cell samples directly in the microplate well, controlled with the versatile and user-friendly SparkControl™ software. In this application note, Tecan compares the confluence measurement in the Spark Cyto multimode reader with the OD values obtained for a serial dilution of seeded cells.
