Capturing Rare Events in iPSC Reprogramming Using Live Content Imaging
6 Feb 2015Reprogramming somatic cell types into induced pluripotent stem cells is a rare event. In this study, the CellPlayer™ Cytotoxicity Assay was used to quantify the amount of cytotoxicity associated with two reprogramming reagents in comparison to a control reagent on neonatal foreskin fibroblasts. Using IncuCyte™ ZOOM, whole wells were inspected daily, protocols were standardized and information was shared through images and movies.
