Calibration of NAB-Sure Neutralizing Antibody Titer using WHO International Standard

Explore how Spear Bio calibrated NAB-Sure neutralizing antibody titers to the international units using the second WHO international standard. This calibration enables a direct comparison of NAB-Sure’s neutralizing antibody measurements with other IU-calibrated assays, enabling broader and more accurate assessments of anti-SARS-CoV-2 immune responses and vaccine efficacy. The second WHO international standard was established after the depletion of the first standard, and the unit has been calibrated against the first standard to 1424 IU/mL.
