Bioluminescence Microscopy for Cellular Level Circadian Analysis in the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN)
14 Nov 2011Cellular level analysis of variations in the SCN has enabled new research into circadian rhythms and brain functionality. In this application note a new technology using optimized bioluminescence is described. Consistent cellular-level clarity is achieved by optimizing the Olympus LV200 Luminoview, offering the benefit of advanced imaging capabilities for long-term live cell imaging.
