Automation of the DLD Diagnostika Serotonin ELISA using the Crocodile miniWorkstation
19 Nov 2015Serotonin is a neurotransmitter and hormone, primarily found in the gastrointestinal tract and the central nervous system of animals. The DLD Serotonin enzyme immunoassy (EIA) provides material for the quantitative measurement of derivated serotonin in serum, plasma and urine. This application note demonstrates a method for the automation of this measurement using the Crocodile miniWorkstation.
