Automated Tissue Culture Cell Fixation and Staining in Microplates using the EL406™ Combination Washer Dispenser
22 Aug 2012This application note describes how the EL406™ Combination Washer Dispenser can be used to automate the fixation, permeabilization and staining processes prior to cellular imaging. High content screening (HCS) is becoming an important research tool in drug discovery and biomedical research. The automation of the sample preparation steps enables significantly more samples to be analyzed and provides a level of consistency not seen with manual processing.
