Automated Media Exchange in the 3D <i>in vitro</i> Pannus-Model with the CyBi®-Disk Workstation Using 96-Well Plate Format
11 Nov 2014The CyBi®-Disk workstation (CyBio AG, Jena) has been used to automate the process of media exchange of a pellet cell culture. The 3D in vitro pannus-model for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) was established by the Charité Tissue Engineering group with the aim of developing a standardized drug screening test to analyze the effects of drugs and different biological substances.
