Analyzing Testosterone in Human Serum by UHPLC using High Efficiency Kinetex®1.7µm C18 Core-Shell Columns

This application note describes the extraction of Testosterone from human serum by strong anion exchange polymeric SPE (solid phase extraction) and analyzed using a Kinetex C18, 30 x 2.1mm, 1.7µm column and positive polarity ESI LC/MS/MS system. Kinetex technology produces greater chromatographic resolution, sensitivity, and higher peak capacities than the traditional sub-2 µm columns.
