Analyzing Residual Lactose in Lactose-Free Milk
12 Apr 2015Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose. Lactose is a sugar found in milk and other dairy products. In this application note, lactose-free milk is analyzed by applying inline dialysis before sample injection. Separation was then performed using a Metrosep Carb 2 -150/4.0 column.
