An Air-Liquid Interface Model using Primary Human Bronchial Epithelial Cells and Corning HTS Transwell-24 Permeable Supports
25 Mar 2019In this application note, Corning’s HTS Transwell-24 permeable supports is used to culture primary human bronchial epithelial/tracheal cells at ALI, to form pseudostratified epithelium. It isalso shown how this model can be used for cells from healthy donors, as well as from donors with cystic fibrosis.
