Allele-Level HLA Typing Using SSO and Haplotype-Specific Extraction
6 Dec 2013The purpose of this application note was to determine if allelic level typing results are possible using SSO (Innogenetics’ INNO-LiPA) and haplotype-specific extraction. Diploid DNA yielded ambiguous low resolution results with the SSO method. The DNA was then separated using the HaploPrep HSE method. The HaploPrep purified DNA was run again with INNO-LiPA SSO. These results yielded an unambiguous allelic level typing.
