AFLP<sup>®</sup> Expression Analysis Protocol
21 Jun 2011This application note from LI-COR outlines a new AFLP protocol from KeyGene N. V. (Netherlands) due to the expansion of their previous AFLP procedure. This incorporates mRNA and genome-wide expression analysis. With the use of cDNA templates, differentially expressed genes, for example, following infection with a biological agent, mutation, or developmental changes have been identified. Advantages of AFLP and Protocol are described.
